Domain Name Management

Domain Name Threats

Domain Names provide a great avenue for threat actors to target a specific brand and provides a significant challenge to the business. Threats to the domain name infrastructure and DNS have been, and are, persistent. The global domain name infrastructure has many components that are vulnerable for leveraged abuse. Trademark infringement at the domain name level is also problematic to disrupt due to the open nature of transacting on the internet. Domain Name Management Protection methods, such as implementation of DMARC and other messaging protocols can easily be circumvented by the criminal by targeting the organisation at the domain level.

Domain Intelligence

iZOOlogic has a privileged access to the global community of domain registries and registrars to provide a first line of defense against domain abuse. In addition, iZOOlogic has developed technologies and methods at the DNS/name server level, to gain intelligence of domain names that have a zero or low reputation and domains that have been blacklisted by the internet community such as registrar/registries, ISPs, gateways, DMARC provides and Anti-Spam vendors. Domain intelligence will provide the client complete visibility and control over their domain portfolio and trademarked assets.

The protection of client domain assets extends across all TLDs (.com, .net, .biz, .org etc); ccTLDs (.co.uk, .co.in, in, com.br etc); gTLDs (generic TLDs) (.shop, .website, city etc). iZOOlogic provides actionable domain intelligence allowing the client to fully manage the domain monitoring and response process.
