iZOOlogic collects the following types of information from organisations;

Client Data – much of the client data we collect to protect client electronic channels is already in the public domain. Sensitive and private data is processed in secure data centres, according to ISO/IEC 27000 standards, and to the regulatory and compliance framework of the central banks where iZOOlogic operates. Compromised or Leaked data that we discover that is owned by the Client is returned via a secure channels and Data Loss Recovery services.

Non-Client Data – in conducting operations iZOOlogic routinely discovers private or sensitive data that belongs to third parties, including government, corporations and individuals. This data is disposed of in an appropriate manner and/or reported government and law enforcement agencies if and when required.

iZOOlogic will inform all third party individuals the purpose for collecting personal information and only use such information as required by applicable laws and only for the described legitimate purposes.

iZOOlogic may also collect information relating to the use of websites and portals through the use of various technologies, including cookies.

In conducting core monitoring services, iZOOlogic will identify many end user artefacts and sensitive data that relates to client organisations such as compromised credit cards and email accounts, bank/financial accounts and details, hacking tools, source code, phishing kits and other privileged information.

iZOOlogic will use best endeavours tomonitor and identify compromised and/or sensitive data, securely recover compromised and/or sensitive data;attempt to provide mitigation at the point of compromise and return such data and artefacts back to the client at the earliest time via the iZOOlabs Incident Management portal.

iZOOlogic will in no way use any technical means or methodologies to interfere with third party resources to hide, recover or tamper with third party information without the written permission of the direct owners.


Personal Identifiable Information and Corporate Data is collected and discovered by the propriety monitoring systems of iZOOlogic and collated from third party public and private sources. Monitoring and Detection techniques are the intellectual property of iZOOlogic. iZOOlogic operates within the Common Law of England and the United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, European Union and the residing country where the client is based.

In delivering services to the Subscriber, iZOOlogic may ask the Subscriber or Partners for information such a personal contact details, corporate brands, domains, web presences, IPs, nameservers, BINs, SORT code, and asset indicators – for the sole purpose of delivering security services.


IZOOlogic uses your informationto provide Security Services as per the Subscriber Agreement to protect the organisation from a range of cybercrime and online abuse. Personal and corporate information is also used to notify clients, partners of services updates, security events and incidents, for the purpose of business development, customer relations and contract management within the framework of the Agreements.

iZOOlogic may also provide you with marketing informationthat you have requested from us, and all marketing communication and be opted out of via the unsubscribe link in emails or return of reply of email or via contacting

We collect information on job applicants when they submit information to IZOOlogic including their name, address, email and phone number together with information about their suitability for any position. We will process similar information if you made your application via a recruitment agency.

IZOOlogic may use and share information in a de-identified form that does not allow an individual or client to be identified, primarily for the purpose of industry benchmarking of cybercrime statistics. iZOOlogic does not sell or share any personal or corporate information to any third parties.


Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the lawful bases for processing your personal data are:

(i) to perform Security Services as defined in the Subscriber Agreement, or demonstration of Security Services;

(ii) where the processing of your data is necessary for the core business function of iZOOlogic

(iii) where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, and

(iv) where you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data including for direct marketing purposes.

(v) where in circumstances iZOOlogic has discovered your personal information in conducting our routine monitoring of the internet and networked resources.

Nothing in this document shall limit the requirement to comply with data protection laws or other legislation in accordance with applicable law in the country where the processing takes place. For the purposes of compliance with data protection legislation by IZOOlogic the relevant Supervisory Authority will be the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.


As a global company, iZOOlogic may transfer personal or corporate data outside of the country where the data is collected where data protection standards may be different, however, under no circumstances will iZOOlogic disclose any data to third parties without express written notification and approval.
